To complete this tutorial you will need the following filters:

- Xero Porcelain

- DSB Bright Noise

All tubes and material use in my tutorials are group shared. Beautiful child tube was tubed by Gizmo

Let's begin..:)

Open new image / canvas 700 x 700.

Flood fill using the following color #9f6062

Open mask from supplies.

Copy / paste as new layer onto the image.

Change the masks layer Blend Mode to Screen.

Open scenery image and circle frame from supplies.

Copy / paste the scenery onto the image.

Now copy / paste the circle frame unto the image.

Using the Deform Tool, stretch the scenery image a bit to the top and just a bit to the bottom. Just to where it fills most of the circle.

Next, using the Eraser Tool, erase the right and left sides of the scenery image that peek from both sides of the circle frame.

Open the little girl image from supplies.

Resize the image to 582 x 581 pixels.

Copy / paste as new layer onto the image.

Place the child tube behind the circle frame and place her just as seen in my image.

Using the Eraser Tool, erase the bottom part of the child so there is nothing peeking from the bottom of the circle frame.

Now select the scenery image layer so that it becomes the active layer.

Go to Effects / Filters / Xero Porcelain and apply using the following settings:

- Softness 50

- Strength 128

- Brightness 128

Rest of the settings at default.

Click OK.

Now select the child layer and apply Porcelain Filter also. Using same settings as above.

Open Swirly image from supplies.

Copy / paste as new layer onto the image.

Place to the right side of the frame as you see it placed in my image.

Go to Layers / Duplicate, then to Image / Mirror and the left side swirly will automatically fit in place.

Open Flower Ribbon from supplies.

Copy / paste as new layer onto the image.

Place on top of the right side swirly.

Go to Layers / Duplicate then to Image / Mirror.

You should now have both ribbons in place.

Now place your name or any text you wish to your tag.

Once you have that done, select the bottom layer so that it becomes the active layer. (the layer flood filled with pink).

Go to Effects / Filters / DSB Bright Noise and apply using the following settings:

Intensity 50

Direction Mix

Click OK.

Merge all layers.

Open Animation Shop.

Copy the image by going to Edit / Copy and paste into AS as New Animation.

Go back to PSP and undo changes just until the noise effect disappears.

Apply noise effect once again to the bottom layer, just that this time, click twice on the Mix Button.

Merge all layers and paste into AS After Current Frame.

Your tag is now finished. You can preview and save as gif.
