Well last week we learned how to make blinkies - This week we are going to learn how to
make our own blings-

One exception, I open my image in AS and then duplicate the layers..I see now reason to do it in PSP, save and then open in AS

I would resize the bling -if you use the corners. In AS - go to Animation - Resize..I used the settings below
Of course, this would also depend on the size of the tag you are using the corners on.
