How to Make Polka Dot and Plaid Backgrounds

This week I am going to start How To's on the elements used in Scrapkits.
Scrapkiting has become very popular for taggers to use in making their creations.
Most of the elements in Scrapkits can be made by you. I hope you enjoy learning how to make them
and help you along the way to learning how to create your own scrapkits.

Two different tutorials. The first does not require any plug-ins
The second creating the different plaids uses plug-ins
I did have problems using one of the plug-ins (Birgit Chaos) which I did
