• 20. Now it is time to animate
  X out the 2 word layer duplicates
  X out the 2 tube layer duplicate
  X out the 2 heart layer duplicates
  
  
  
• 21. Highlight bottom white layer
  
  
  Go to Edit/Copy Merged
  
  
  
• 22. Open a/s (animation shop) and Edit/Paste as a new animation
  
  
  
• 23. Return to psp and keeping the bottom white layer highlighted:
  
  X out the word layer
  Uncross the first duplicate word layer
  X out the tube layer
  Uncross the first duplicate tube layer
  X out the heart layer
  Uncross the first duplicate heart layer
  Edit/Copy Merged
  
  
  
• 24. Return to animation shop
  Edit/Paste/After Current Frame
  
  
  
• 25. Return to psp and keeping the bottom white layer highlighted:
  x out first duplicate tube layer
  uncross 2nd duplicate tube layer
  x out duplicate heart layer
  uncross 2nd duplicate heart layer
  x out duplicate word layer
  uncross 2nd duplicate word layer
  Edit/copy Merged
  
  
  
• 26. Return to animation shop
  Edit/Paste/After Current Frame
  
  
  
• 27. Still in a/s go to Edit/Select All, and then go to Animation/Frame Properties, and change to 15
  
  
  Now a hint:
  To obtain a very clean background to your animation, Edit/Select All - then to Animation/Animation Properties
  Choose opaque and choose white color; then click ok
  
  
  
• 28. Now go to View/Animation - And check your finished tag
  
  
  Once satisfied go to File/Save As but don't close it out
  
  Make a copy of tag (Edit/Select All,   Edit/Copy,   Edit/Paste As New Animation) and close the original in saved folder
  
  
• 29. Now return to PSP and choose a font (I used Monika)
  Add your name and drop shadow of choice
  Edit/Copy
  
  
  
• 30. Back in a/s Edit/Paste as New Animation
  
  
  
• 31. Edit/Duplicate Selected - Two Times (x 2)
  
  
  
• 32. Edit/Select All,    Edit/Copy
  
  
  
• 33. Go to tag,    Edit/Select All   Edit/Paste/Into Selected Frames and place where desired
  
  
  
• 34. Optimize and save finished tag
