Highlight the first duplicate and go to Effects/Constellation, keeping all settings except this time hit Random Seed

Okay take a breathe and off we go again
- 18. find your top tube layer (the duplicate layer) and add a rastor layer directly on top
choose a contrast colour in the materials palette - any colour will do as we will be deleting this later
go to your paint brush and choose the small round dot brush, size 5
Next, choose an area on your tube that you would like to see with some glitter (noise) - a small delicate area
In my examples I have chosen the stars on the purple tag (see purple sample here), and chose the pendant and lace on the blue tag (see top of page)
On the blank layer directly on top of the tube layer You are going to paint tiny dots.
Note: I always enlarge the image - Sometimes up to 300%
Then carefully dab the paintbrush onto the areas You wish to add the noise to
Do it slowly and be delicate. Remember it takes practice And you can always hit the undo and do it Again
Okay once your happy Return the tag to original size
At this moment you may think it looks very odd but soon you will see why we have done this
Now go to selection tool Retangle, Mode/replace, Feather/ 0, antialias not checked
Draw a square around all of your painted dabs
Click inside the square And you will then have marching ants around your paint dabs
Over on your layer palette you will see the layer Is now a Floating Selection
Now over on your layer palette Click on the TUBE LAYER
You must check you have the tube layer highlighted
Then duplicate the tube layer twice
Go back to original tube layer
Go to Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise using these settings: Random, Monochrome, 70
Highlight tube duplicate layer Go to Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise using these settings: Random, Monochrome, 75
Highlight tube duplicate layer Go to Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise using these settings: Random, Monochrome, 80
